DOA Policy

-If using UPS Next Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Saver or UPS Next Day Air Early, In the case of a DOA, we will replace the affected livestock and reship for free.

If a DOA has occurred, please, send 2+ clear photos of the affected livestock in their closed shipping containers to us using the "contact us" page on our website within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt and we will make it right!

-If using UPS 2nd Day Air, in the case of a DOA, we will give you store credit for the affected livestock. Shipping is non refundable.
