DOA Policy

Our DOA (Dead On Arrival )Policy is the same for any shipping choice you decide. In the unexpected case of a DOA you MUST email us at camsrams.est2022@gmail.com (which could also be found under "contact us") within 2 hours after the package was delivered with multiple (3+) clear images of the dead fish in the unopened bag. Please remember that if the bag has been opened there is nothing we can do and no refund can take place. In the case of a DOA we will refund the full cost of the livestock. We do not refund the shipping cost but instead you will receive store credit. Remember once the bag has been opened or the fish are in your tank there is nothing we can do.
